Your account will remain open – there is nothing you need to do.
Branch and ATM locations can be found on the U.S. Bank Mobile App or at usbank.com/locations.
Any automatic deposits or withdrawals currently in place will continue automatically. There is nothing you need to do.

Safe Deposit Boxes
Your contents will need to be removed and the safe deposit box will need to be closed.
If you’re interested in locating another branch with safe deposit box availability, you can visit usbank.com/locations to find a branch near you.
To compensate you for any inconvenience, we will waive the U.S. Bank annual rental fee of a box that is comparable in size for one year. There is a promotional coupon at the bottom of your safe deposit letter with this information. Simply present or mention the coupon to the branch by the expiration date outlined in the letter.
The last day to obtain safe deposit box contents will be outlined in your letter.

If you do not pick up your box contents by the due date, they will be moved to a secure central location. We suggest you try to pick up your contents prior to the branch closing. Please reach out to your branch if you need additional assistance.
