To request Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) benefits, we’ll need a copy of your active-duty orders. There are a few ways you can send them.
To send a copy of your active-duty orders using online banking
- From your dashboard, select Accounts and choose Manage cards.
- Select your credit card and choose Call to active duty orders within the “Controls” section.
- Read about how you may qualify for SCRA benefits. Then select Continue.
- Upload your active-duty orders.
- You can drag and drop your document(s) or select Browse to open your file explorer.
- Accepted file formats are PNG, PDF, JPEG, JPG, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX.
- The maximum file size is 5MB per document.
- You can upload up to five documents.
- When the documents have finished uploading, select Done.
To send a copy of your active-duty orders using the U.S. Bank Mobile App
- From your dashboard, select your credit card.
- Choose Manage at the top of the screen, then select Call to active duty orders within the “Account services” section.
- Read about how you may qualify for SCRA benefits. Then select Continue.
- Upload your active-duty orders.
- You can drag and drop your document(s) or select Browse to open your file explorer.
- Accepted file formats are PNG, PDF, JPEG, JPG, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX.
- The maximum file size is 5MB per document.
- You can upload up to five documents.
- When the documents have finished uploading, select Done.
To send a copy of your active-duty orders by fax or mail

Please include all your account numbers as part of your request for SCRA benefits when sending by fax or mail. Your request will be reviewed, and we'll send a letter to the address on file with the outcome.
