How to add, edit or delete quiet hours.

To avoid unwanted disruptions, by choosing when to receive account related text messages. Quiet hours will not prevent security alerts from being delivered.

To use the quiet hours feature, you’ll need a registered mobile device. See also: How do I establish a registered cellular device on my profile?

How to add, edit or delete your quiet hours in digital banking

  1. Online banking users: Select Profile & settings, then Personal details.
    Mobile app users: From the main menu, select Profile & settings, then Personal details.
  2. Scroll down and select Quiet hours.
  3. To set up:
    1. Choose Set up quite hours.
    2. Select the start time, end time and time zone.
    3. Choose Save to complete the process.
  4. To edit:
    1. Choose Edit and make any changes to your start time, end time and time zone.
    2. Choose Save to complete the process.
  5. To delete:
    1. Choose Delete and confirm by selecting Delete again.
    2. You’ll receive a confirmation page.
