How to use the status dashboard in online banking
- Select the credit card you’d like to check the status for.
- Choose the Account services tab, then select Status dashboard.
- Your active, in progress and completed requests will display.
- Select View details to see the status and complete any additional steps that may be needed.

- From the main menu select Help & services.
- Choose View status dashboard or Track a claim or request. You’ll only see one of these options.
