How to use the status dashboard in online banking

1. Select the credit card you’d like to check the status for.
2. Choose the Account services tab, then select Status dashboard.
3. Your active, in progress and completed requests will display.
4. Select View details to see the status and complete any additional steps that may be needed.

How to use the status dashboard in the U.S. Bank Mobile App  

1. From the main menu select Help & services.
2. Choose View status dashboard or Track a claim or request. You’ll only see one of these options.
