What if I'm dissatisfied with goods or services I paid for using funds from an ExtendPay Loan?
An ExtendPay Loan is not the same as a credit card purchase. Different rules apply from other credit card error-resolution procedures. In specific situations, the law permits you to resolve disputes with the bank if you’re unhappy with something you’ve purchased with your credit card.
