To request an escrow refund using online or mobile banking
- Select your mortgage from the dashboard.
- Open the notification and choose Get refund.
- Choose how you’d like your refund, then select Continue.
- Electronic deposit – refund takes up to three business days to complete.
- Choose the checking or savings account to deposit the funds into.
OR - Select Use another account to enter a different account than what’s listed.
- Mail a check – refund takes up to 30 calendar days to complete.
- Select Mail a check. It’s sent to the address we have on file for you.
- Review the refund details. If correct, select Confirm & submit.
