Can I track my new or replacement credit card?

Yes. You can check the shipping status of your card in your digital banking. We’ll also send you emails with shipping updates as they become available.

Track your new or replacement credit card in online banking

  1. From your dashboard select the credit card you’d like to track.
  2. Choose Card controls from the three tabs in the middle.
  3. Select Track your card to see the shipping status of your card.
  4. You can see the shipping status and expected delivery date of your card. If your card has a tracking number, select View details at the top to see more information.

Cards sent with standard shipping arrive within 3 to 7 business days. Cards sent with expedited shipping arrive within 2 to 3 business days. If you haven’t received your card, you can wait a couple more days or see:  How do I report a credit card as lost or stolen?
