To help a timely process, here are a couple of tips for you. We will begin to process your check on the date it's received. It can take up to 5 business days to process. 

1. Factor in mail delivery time. Since we process based off the date of receipt, make sure to account for delivery time when mailing your check.
2. Include your account number in the check memo. It will take longer to process if your 16-digit account number isn't included.
