If we're unable to complete instant verification for your external account transfer, we'll make two small deposits (microdeposits) of less than $1, within one to two days. Once you've received them, follow the applicable steps below. 

To complete microdeposit verification using mobile and online banking

1. Select Transfers & pay.
2. Choose External transfers & wires, then select See/Manage recipients and accounts.
3. Select Verify next to the new external account and enter the deposit amounts.
4. Once verified, the Account Activated screen will appear and you can begin using it for transfers.

External accounts that have been added, but not verified, will automatically be removed from your profile within three business days.
