When you book a virtual appointment, we'll send you an email and/or text with links to join during your scheduled time.  

How to join your virtual appointment  

1. Select the link in the follow-up email or text to join your meeting.
2. The video appointment will load in your browser. Select Continue to begin your virtual appointment.
3. Ensure you allow the meeting to use both your microphone and camera. Audio and video settings can be adjusted in your settings using the gear icon in the upper right corner.

• If you can't find your link or are having trouble joining the meeting, call the branch to speak with the banker via the phone.
• Our bankers are able to send a digital application that can be completed during the virtual appointment. However, some maintenance requests required a signature that cannot be done virtually. If a signature is required, you may be asked to visit your local branch to complete your request.
