Can I cancel or change the length of my active ExtendPay Loan or Plan?
No. Once your ExtendPay Loan or Plan is confirmed, it remains active until the balance is paid in full. The loan and plan lengths are final and can’t be changed. However, there are no penalties for early payoff.
