How do I view and manage the third-party companies that have access to my data?

You can easily track the companies that access your U.S. Bank account data and control what's being shared.

To view a list of third-party companies that have access to your data using online banking

  1. Select Profile & settings in the top right corner of the page, then choose Data sharing & privacy.
  2. Select Manage from the My controls tile.

A list of companies that have access to your data will appear. Select Manage sharing details or Stop sharing to manage accordingly.

More information

The option to view and manage third-party company data access is only available on the full usbank.com website. This option is not available on the U.S. Bank Mobile App.

If you provided a third party with your specific login credentials to collect your financial data, that company won't appear on our list. If you're in this situation and need to manage your sharing preferences, you can:

  • Reset your password to block third-party access to your account.
    OR
  • Work directly with the third party to manage your sharing preferences.
