If the existing automatic payment (autopay) preferences would pay off the entire statement balance, we’ll ask you to update those preferences before confirming the U.S. Bank ExtendPay® Loan or Plan.

You can adjust autopay preferences at any time after setting up an U.S. Bank ExtendPay® Loan or Plan. If your automatic payment is scheduled within three business days from the modification date, we're unable to cancel or adjust the amount of that payment. Future autopay payments will reflect your requested adjustment.
