When updating a Successor in Interest, a written request is needed with a brief explanation of the situation. Please include the following documents: 

• Documentation showing ownership of the home such as a Certificate of Trust or Beneficiary Deed.
• Current copy of the Deed Record with the county.
• Death certificate, if the owner has passed away.
