A Quick Response (QR) code allows information to be stored and accessed using scanning devices, like a scanner or smartphone. Once scanned, the QR code can be used to send and receive money. It's easier to move money because it shares your registered contact information securely.

To request money using a Zelle QR code using online banking

1. Select Transfer & pay, then Send & request money with Zelle®.
2. Choose Zelle QR code to open your personalized code.
3. Select the sharing icon. It's a rectangle with an upward pointing arrow.
4. Choose how you want to share your QR code: scan, save or print. 

To request money using a Zelle QR code using the U.S Bank Mobile App

1. From the dashboard, select Transfer & pay, then Send & request money with Zelle®
2. Select the QR code icon. Select how you would like to 
3. Select the sharing icon. It's a rectangle with an upward pointing arrow.
4. Pick the person you'll be sharing the QR code with and how (text, email, copy, etc.)

Please note, you can't add an amount when using a QR code. The recipient chooses how much to send. If there's a specific amount you want, contact that person.
