The fastest and safest way to change your PIN is by using the IVR. Call our business service center at 800-673-3555 and follow the applicable steps below:
Account has a business ATM or check card - The PIN is changed for a specific card.
- Speak or enter the check card number you want to change the PIN on, then enter the current PIN.
- After authenticating and hearing the account balance, say "everything else" (option 8).
- Now say "Change PIN" then either say "Yes" or press 1 to continue.
- System will ask for the last four of SSN; however, you'll need to enter the last four digits of the business's tax identification number (TIN) associated with the check card.
- Enter the new PIN (cannot be 0000 or 9999).
- Re-enter the new PIN. Then, you'll hear a confirmation the PIN has been updated.
Account has an IVR only PIN - no business ATM or check card PIN.
- Speak or enter the business's TIN and the current PIN.
- After authenticating and hearing an account balance, say "everything else" (option 8).
- Now say "Change PIN" then either say "Yes" or press 1 to continue.
- Enter the new PIN (cannot be 0000 or 9999).
- Re-enter the new PIN. Then, you'll hear a confirmation that the PIN was updated.

If you have both an IVR only PIN and an ATM or check card PIN, you can only change the ATM or check card PIN using the IVR. If you'd like to change the IVR only PIN in this case, please call us at our business service center at 800-673-3555. We accept relay calls.
