You can use digital banking for a fast, secure way to pay your escrow shortage. You can also pay your escrow shortage by phone, by mail or at any U.S. Bank branch. If the payment amount satisfies your shortage, your monthly payment will automatically adjust to no longer show the shortage collection within a few days.
To pay your shortage using digital banking

To pay your shortage by phone
Call anytime to use our 24/7 automated phone system at 800-365-7772 and say something like “make escrow shortage payment”. If you prefer to speak with a banker, we're available Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. – 8 p.m. CT and Saturday 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. CT.
