Why can't I find the spend analysis link for my account?

You will need to log in to your account to view the annual account summary. This option is not available on mobile banking.

If the link is missing, it's likely due to your account being new. Spend Analysis is automatically available 30 days after your card account opening. However, new accounts may require two statement cycles before data will be available. Spend Analysis doesn't need to be turned on or access requested.
