The option to redeem your rewards the Flexperks or Altitude annual fee appears 80 days before and 90 days after the account's anniversary date.

1. Select the rewards card, choose Go to rewards & benefits, then select Redeem rewards.
2. Look for the offer to redeem rewards for the annual fee and select Get Details.
3. Choose Redeem now then select Place order to finalize your redemption. 

U.S. Bank Mobile App

For the best mobile banking experience, we recommend logging in or downloading the U.S. Bank mobile app.

1. Select the rewards card, choose Rewards & Benefits, then select Redeem rewards.
2. Look for the offer to redeem rewards for the annual fee and select Get Details.
3. Choose Redeem now then select Place order to finalize your redemption.

Additional information

It can take up to 12 weeks for the annual fee credit to post to the account. Once the redemption is final and the annual fee is billed, the credit will post within seven business days.
