Why did I get one statement when I have multiple accounts with U.S. Bank?

For your convenience, when you receive paper statements and have more than one account with us, we'll send you a combined statement for them. This includes, but isn't limited to:

  • Deposit accounts
  • Lines of credit
  • Credit cards
  • Overdraft protection

If you want separate statements:

  • You can enroll in paperless statements via online/mobile banking

  • Visit a local branch near you
