Can I find my ATM or debit card PIN using digital banking?
For your protection, only you are allowed to know what your PIN is. This means we don't make it available to our bankers and we don't make it available to view anywhere, which includes online and mobile banking. If you don't remember your PIN, you can call us at 800-USBANKS (872-2657) and our bankers can order a new PIN for you.
When calling, if you choose the "change PIN" option, the system prompts you to enter your PIN. Don't enter anything if you don't know it. After a brief pause, you will have the option to speak to a banker for assistance.
