We suggest letting your recipient know you're using Zelle to send them money, before completing the transaction. This way, they can confirm their account information on their Zelle profile is correct. If they're not enrolled with Zelle, the recipient needs to do so to collect the funds. 

*An account with U.S. Bank isn't required to receive money with Zelle. They will receive an email or text with instructions to claim the money you send.
