Funds may be delayed if the recipient isn't enrolled with Zelle®. The recipient can enroll before or after you've sent the funds. After enrollment, it can take up to three business days before funds are deposited.
If the recipient doesn't get a notice, an incorrect email address or mobile number may have been used to send the funds. Ask them what information they enrolled (email or mobile number) and compare it to the information in the Zelle® transaction. If the information is incorrect and the payment is still pending, you may be able to cancel it.
