The speed of your bill payment depends on which delivery option you choose. Here's the breakdown:

Standard Delivery

For all billers, standard delivery is free. Electronic payments can usually be made within one to two business days. Paper checks can take three to five business days to arrive.

The calendar will automatically show you the earliest payment date. You can choose that date or pick another*; however, it must fall on a business day.

*For Safe Debit accounts, all bill payments default to standard delivery. They’re sent electronically and can only be made to billers listed in our system. Express delivery and future dated payments are not available.

Express Delivery

For most billers, we also offer express delivery. It includes same-day (where available) or overnight delivery for a fee of $14.95. If express delivery is available, you’ll see this when choosing a payment date in the calendar.
