You can change the PIN for your personal or business ATM or debit card anytime. You'll need to have a registered cellular device (mobile number) and your old PIN to change it. See also: How do I establish a registered cellular device on my profile?
Note, a PIN needs to be four digits with no spaces and cannot be 0000 or 9999.
