When will I receive a replacement for my expired debit card?

Your replacement card will come in an un-marked white envelope, sent to the address on file 45 days before your existing card expires. Give three to eight business days for mail time to receive the new card. 

If you have not received your replacement card, please contact your local U.S. Bank branch or customer service at 800-USBANKS (872-2657). A new card number will be issued and mailed to you. We accept relay calls.
