We send replacement cards to arrive by the 20^th of the month it expires. For example, if your credit card expires 09/25, it should arrive by September 20, 2025.

The card is sent in an unmarked white envelope to add extra security. We recommend reviewing all your mail so the card envelope is not confused with junk mail.

If you don’t receive your card by the 20^th, please contact us at the number on the back of your card to speak with a representative. We accept relay calls.
