Devices can vary, here's a general idea where to change permissions:

iPhone

1. Open your Settings, select Privacy & Security and then Location Services.
2. Locate the U.S. Bank app and turn to Always (on) or Never (off).

Android  

1. Open your Settings and then select Apps. 
2. Locate the U.S. Bank app and change your location permissions to Allowed (on) or Not allowed (off).
