Sending a domestic wire is convenient when using digital banking. You can send a same-day wire between 7:30 a.m. CT and 4:30 p.m. on any business day. The exception is the cut-off time for federal tax payments, which is 2:30 p.m. CT. These times apply to incoming and outgoing wire transfers. Please be aware there is a fee charged for using this service.
To send a domestic wire transfer using digital banking
- Online banking: Select Transfer & pay, choose External transfers & wires, then select, Send a wire.
Mobile banking: Select Transfer & pay, choose External transfers, wires, & ACH then select, Wire money. - Tell us about the wire you'd like to make.
- Choose the account you'd like to pay from.
- Enter the amount to send.
- Optional: Select the calendar icon to change the "Send on" date.
- Provide a reason for the wire transfer.
- Optional: Add additional information by using the "Reference info" field.
- If you agree to the fee displayed, select Continue.
- Provide the recipient's name and address, then select Continue.
- Provide the recipient's bank account and routing numbers, then select Continue.
- Review the wire transfer information. Select Edit to change any respective section as needed.
- Read the "Wire Transfer Authorization". If you agree, mark the check box and select Submit.

- If you schedule it for a future date, changes can be made until 11:59 p.m. CT, the day before it's sent.
