Before transferring your points, please be aware of the following information:

• Rewards can't be transferred to another credit card with a different rewards program (e.g., FlexPerks to Cash+).
• You can transfer up to 20,000 FlexPoints each calendar year (January 1 through December 31).
• FlexPoints keep their original expiration date from when they were earned, even if they're transferred.

Online banking

For the best online experience, we recommend logging in at usbank.com.

1. Select the rewards card, choose Go to rewards & benefits, then select Redeem rewards.
2. Choose More, then select Point Transfer.
3. Enter the amount of FlexPoints you want to transfer and the FlexPerks credit card number, then select Continue.
4. Enter the FlexPoints number* and select Continue.
5. Verify the information entered is correct. If so, select Confirm my transfer.

U.S. Bank Mobile App

For the best mobile banking experience, we recommend logging in or downloading the U.S. Bank Mobile App.

1. Select the rewards card and choose Rewards & Benefits.
2. Choose More, and then select Point Transfer.
3. Enter the amount of FlexPoints you want to transfer and the FlexPerks account number, then select Continue.
4. Enter the FlexPoints number* and select Continue.
5. Verify the information entered is correct. If so, select Confirm my transfer.

*This is commonly referred to as your rewards number or loyalty number. ​​​​​​
