The interest rate is determined at the time of application and will not change during the application process. The Cash Flow Manager Line of Credit has a minimum interest rate of 6.00%. Prime refers to U.S. Bank’s announced Prime Rate. The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) will vary with Prime Rate (the index) as published in the Wall Street Journal, which is subject to change at any time. Automatic monthly payments must be set-up from a U.S. Bank checking or savings account to receive the advertised rate discount of 0.50%. Higher rates may apply if there is no automatic payment from a U.S. Bank checking or savings account. If automatic payments are later canceled, the rate discount no longer applies, and the interest rate will increase by 0.50%. The advertised rate applies to line amounts $50,000 and less. A $150 annual fee applies to lines of $50,000 or less. Lower rates may apply for larger line sizes and certain types of existing U.S. Bank relationships.
