Rewards pooling is when all rewards earned by any card within the company card program accumulate to the Central Bill account, which can only be accessed by the Authorized Officer or Authorized Representative. Central Billing is required for rewards pooling.

Important Facts:

Most rewards accounts are automatically set up for rewards pooling. To verify if your account is set up for Central Bill with rewards pooling, contact Cardmember Service using the number on the back of your card. It will take up to two monthly statements to get set up on Central Billing and rewards pooling.

Auto Rental Collision Damage Waiver

Tell the operator where you are, what the problem is, and the operator will arrange a dispatch to a reliable tow operator or locksmith to provide help. The operator will let you know the name of the local tow operator or locksmith being sent to assist you. Cardmembers are responsible for any service fees. Purchase Security

Protect your credit card purchases in case of theft or damage due to a covered reason for the first 90 days from the date of purchase. Chip Technology

Your credit card is embedded with a microchip that adds an additional layer of security to your traditional magnetic stripe card. It turns cardmember information into a unique code that is virtually impossible to duplicate or copy when used at a chip-enabled terminal. If the merchant has a chip terminal, they will ask you to simply insert your card into the terminal and sign your name to verify your purchase. At merchants who are not equipped with chip terminals, swipe your card and sign your name as usual.
