Shareholders will receive a mailed hard copy mid-March

Each year, U.S. Bancorp publishes an annual report showcasing highlights from the past year’s performance, the driving factors behind it and a look ahead. In 2022, U.S. Bancorp achieved record net revenue of $24.3 billion, completed the acquisition of MUFG Union Bank — which meaningfully increased the bank's market share in California — and expanded capabilities for purposeful, strategic growth.
