[MUSIC PLAYING] JESS SIMS: Confidence comes from what you've done. It comes from your experience. NAPHEESA COLLIER: I still struggle with confidence. I think everyone does. I used to be like a really bad critic to myself. That's something I've been trying to be better with. So, trying to have positive words of affirmation. JESS SIMS: Confidence is something that's constantly evolving. And when I think about it, I think about decision making, and being ready is not a feeling, it is a decision. So I think that being confident is also a decision. NAPHEESA COLLIER: Something that made me feel financially confident or even competent was when I got, like, starting to learn about investing because like you said, that's where wealth really comes in. JESS SIMS: Having someone who is as well versed as we are in fitness and wellness, in finance, it really helps me be more confident in the decisions that I'm making. That's another aspect of training. Mental training can help both your fitness life and your financial life.
